2. Products All products sold on Lilypop.art are made to order through our print-on-demand fulfillment partner, Printful. Product colors may vary slightly from what is displayed on screen due to monitor settings and print processes. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time.

3. Pricing All prices are listed in USD. We reserve the right to change prices at any time without notice. We are not responsible for typographical errors in pricing.

4. Orders By placing an order, you confirm that all information provided is accurate and complete. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including cases of suspected fraud or errors in product or pricing information.

5. Payment We accept all major credit cards and payment methods available at checkout. Payment is processed securely at the time of purchase.

6. Shipping & Fulfillment Orders are fulfilled and shipped by our print-on-demand partner, Printful. Production typically takes 2–7 business days before shipping. Delivery times vary by destination and are estimates only. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers or customs.

7. Returns & Refunds All sales are made to order. Returns and refunds are governed by our [Return & Refund Policy], which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. A 50% restocking fee and buyer-paid return shipping apply to any approved returns.

8. Intellectual Property All artwork, designs, graphics, and content on Lilypop.art are the exclusive property of Lilypop.art and may not be reproduced, distributed, or used without express written permission.

9. Limitation of Liability Lilypop.art shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the order in question.
