Order Processing All Lilypop.art products are made to order through our print-on-demand partner, Printful. Please allow 2–7 business daysfor production before your order ships. Orders are not processed on weekends or holidays.
Shipping Times Once your order has been fulfilled, estimated delivery times are:
- United States: 3–5 business days
- Canada: 5–10 business days
- International: 10–20 business days
These are estimates only. Actual delivery times may vary due to carrier delays, weather, or customs processing.
Shipping Costs Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and the items in your order.
Tracking Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.
International Orders & Customs International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or fees charged by their country. Lilypop.art is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.
Lost or Stolen Packages If your tracking shows delivered but you haven't received your package, please contact your local carrier first. If the issue is unresolved, reach out to us at hello@lilypop.art within 7 days of the marked delivery date and we'll do our best to help.
